Shipping Information

 

We cannot promise delivery by Christmas. Please expect delays over the Christmas/New Year period. 

 

- We will send your tracking information when your parcel is on the way. This may take up to 6 working days to receive. 

- See our holiday delivery times below. 

- No click-and-collect option will be available over this period.

- We will resume normal picking and shipping times and our click-and-collect option from the 9th of January. 

- We can process phone orders at our retail stores. Shipping times below will still apply over the holiday period.

FREIGHT CHARGES 

Courier to all New Zealand residential addresses $7.00 NZD (Excludes rural and PO box addresses.)

Courier to any New Zealand rural addresses  $10.00 NZD (Please select the correct option at the checkout.)

Courier within Christchurch City only $5.00

 

Freight to all Australian addresses is $25.00 NZD per shoe box. (We will refund you if the freight is cheaper than the rate you are charged. NZ Post is priced on size and weight.)

**Please note- There are still significant delays with getting freight to Australia. Unfortunately, this is out of our control. No tracking information is available to us from Nz Post / Australian Post. This service can take up to 7 weeks, so please be patient.

 

Estimated Shipping Times

This information is based on the timeline provided by the freight provider. In rare circumstances, the Freight provider may encounter delays that are beyond our control. All orders need to be sent to a physical address, business addresses are preferred. (We do not send to PO boxes.)

As recent events have shown there can be no guarantees of getting your order delivered in time, but we will do all in our power to make sure it happens.
