Sorry to hear your new shoes or purchases don’t fit or are not what you expected.

Please email us within 5 days of receiving your new shoes at sales@fascinoshoes.co.nz

-Due to us being a very small team, we can’t always get back to you as quickly as we would like, but please proceed to send the shoes back to us after emailing. If you need a reply, we aim to get back to you within 3 working days.

Is this a full-priced item? Then you can send them back to us for an exchange or a refund.

For an exchange, please let us know ASAP what style and size you want so we can place this on hold for you.

Or is this a sale item? You can send them back to us for an exchange or store credit.

If you would like to bring your returns in-store, we welcome this, but please let us know so we can advise our staff or have the size/colour ready for you to swap. Some sizes and stock are only located at our head office.
