Sale or on special items can be sent back to us, but only for an exchange or store credit.
Full-priced items can be sent back to us for an exchange, store credit, or a refund.
How to Return:
To return your item please let us know within 24 hours of receiving it. To do so:
- The shoes and box have to be in the same condition as they were sent.
- The item must not have been used or worn and the shoe box must be in perfect condition.
- Fill in the return form below to let us know what you are returning and why.
- Make sure you put your receipt/proof of purchase in the box.
- Send them back within seven working days.
- Please do not return the shoes before we have contacted you with the correct address to send your return back to.
Wanting to return your item to one of our retail stores? No problem at all. You do not need to fill out the form below. Just take the item and your proof of purchase to one of our 3 retail stores and one of our friendly staff will help you.
