I bet you are wondering what happens if you purchase and it doesn’t fit? Or the colour, design or style is not what you were expecting? Or even that there is a fault (it doesn’t happen often but it does happen)?
It’s not a problem, we have planned for this. Please try them on – INDOORS ONLY - and if you are not happy you can send them back for an exchange or store credit using the from below.
How to Return:
To return them please let us know within 24 hours. To do so:
- The shoes and box have to be in the same condition as they were sent.
- The item must not have been used or worn and the shoe box must be in perfect condition.
- Fill in the return form below to let us know what you are returning and why.
- We will provide you with an RMA number.
- Make sure you write the RMA number on the delivery label or put your receipt/proof of purchase in the box.
- Send them back within seven working days.
- Please do not return the shoes before we have contacted you
